For our customer, located in Vilvoorde, we are currently looking for a Teamleader Customer Care.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible of a team of 10-15 Customer Care Ambassadors. Both the employee as well as the client are the heart in every decision you make. After an intensive training period, your tasks and responsibilities will include: - Monitoring, organizing and coaching your team on a day-to-day basis - Coordinating the activities for the support team - Attending calibration sessions and listen to recorded phone calls in order to improve soft and hard skills of the Customer Care Ambassadors - Handling escalations of your team when necessary - Defining and taking care of the appraisal and personal development objectives of the team - Participating in operational deployment of high profile merchants - Working closely together with the Continuous Improvement team regarding training and/or development needs in your team
Who you are: - Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Leader role in service oriented environment - You live to coach, have a natural flair of motivating and interacting with people and are able to inspire people to surpass their potential - You can adapt your style of leadership depending the situation, you are enthusiastic and sincere - Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Must have: - Fluent in German and English; strong knowledge of Dutch and/or French - Excellent communication skills - Stress resistance - Strong customer focus: driven for result and problem solving attitude
